Clubhouse Reservations
The Clubhouse is available for rental for homeowners in good standing with Annual Dues. The clubhouse is decorated to accommodate special events such as birthday parties, bridal and baby showers and family reunions. The clubhouse is equipped with a full kitchen, large ice machine and tables and chairs. It is 1,500 square feet and has a maximum capacity of 100 persons. Rental is first come, first serve and books up quickly.

Rental Fees: Friday-Sunday $75, Monday-Thursday $50, Holiday Weekends $100
