There is an Initiation Fee of $350 and mandatory Annual Dues of $385.00.
Dues cover from January 1 – December 31. Invoices are mailed January 1 and due February 15. A late fee of $38.50 is due after February 15. Dues include enjoyment of the pool, the tennis courts, the playground, maintenance of the common grounds, maintenance of the clubhouse, and the administration of the Association.
